On January 29 NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Alexander Vershbow began his two-day visit to Georgia. The main purpose of his visit is the discussion of the plan for the implementation of components set forth in the Substantive Package of NATO.
Commenting on the opposition criticism that he wants to become a “sultan”, Erdogan said: “Why is it only a padishah system when an idea like this is floated in Turkey?”
"The Contact Group on Ukraine has informed the Belarussian side of its intention to hold its next meeting in Minsk on January 30," – is said in the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.
The President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on January 29 visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and familiarized with the preparatory works of the new exhibition.
"Your efforts directed to establishing peace and stability in our region on the basis of the recognition of the right to self-determination of Artsakh people is highly appreciated from our side and serves as a source for inspiration to continue our chosen path to live in peace and security, in a free and democratic state".
